Our Inspections Are So Good, They’re Guaranteed.

At SEC Inspection Services, we offer a simple, no weasel words
guarantee. Attend your Tampa Bay home inspection and if for any reason
you’re not satisfied with the “Quality” of the home inspection service,
tell the inspector before receiving your report and we’ll either make it
right, or you don’t pay the home inspection fee!

How Can We Guarantee Our Inspections?

It’s easy. We find more defects than our competition. The end result is
that you save more money. Most contracts allow negotiations with the
seller to make repairs or give you credit at closing. So the more
defects our inspector finds the more money you save.

We don’t rush. We never do more than two Tampa Bay full home inspections
per day. This allows us time to do a thorough inspection of your new
home. This also means we charge a little more than some of our competitors.

You don’t want a cheap inspection. A cheap inspection may be the most
expensive thing you you’ll ever buy, it may cost you thousands of
dollars down the road because of missed or overlooked defects. Cheap
inspectors often know less and do less, which is one reason why they’re
cheap.

The More Thorough We Are, The More Defects We Find, The More Money You
Save!

Avoided Money Pit

SEC Inspection Services saved me from buying a house that needed over $20,000 in repairs. Everyone was telling me what a great deal I was getting and much I was saving on the house that I was about to purchase. Then Dan came along and showed me what a “money pit” I was going to buy. The house had faulty piping (Polybutylene) and the roof needed to be replaced along with other issues. Thanks Dan, your inspection was well worth the time and money!
P.S. Thanks for my $500.00 Grocery Certificate and I will be calling you for my next inspection.

Chinese Drywall

Due to shortages in drywall products numerous American building companies in South Florida utilized drywall imported from China in the construction of homes, apartments, and buildings. This drywall, in many cases, is now believed to be defective, resulting in the stench of rotting eggs that homeowners have been unable to eliminate. Some have even been forced to leave their homes because the odor was so foul. Others have reported problems with their air conditioning and other systems that are also believed to be related to drywall imported from China.
