SEC Inspection Services saved me from buying a house that needed over $20,000 in repairs. Everyone was telling me what a great deal I was getting and much I was saving on the house that I was about to purchase. Then Dan came along and showed me what a “money pit” I was going to buy. The house had faulty piping (Polybutylene) and the roof needed to be replaced along with other issues. Thanks Dan, your inspection was well worth the time and money!
P.S. Thanks for my $500.00 Grocery Certificate and I will be calling you for my next inspection.

My Insurance Agent recommended SEC Inspections to perform the 4.0 Inspection because the other company was not licensed to perform this inspection. He also recommended that we get a Wind Mitigation Inspection which would save us money on my Insurance. I wish I had known about SEC Inspections before getting our full Inspection. This would have saved us time and money.

P.S. We saved $492.00 with the Mitigation Inspection and we will be using SEC Inspections for ALL of our Inspections in the future!”
