“We had a full home inspection completed by a different company and then found out we needed a 4.0 Insurance Inspection to get Homeowners Insurance. My Insurance Agent recommended SEC Inspections to perform the 4.0 Inspection because the other company was not licensed to perform this inspection. He also recommended that we get a Wind Mitigation Inspection which would save us money on my Insurance. I wish I had known about SEC Inspections before getting our full Inspection. This would have saved us time and money.
P.S. We saved $492.00 with the Mitigation Inspection and we will be using SEC Inspections for ALL of our Inspections in the future!”
